Cancellation policies

A credit card is required at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation. Flexible cancellation policy: Amendments or cancellations can be made without penalty up to 48 hours prior to arrival. Any changes to your booking, no show or cancellation within 48 hours prior to scheduled arrival time will be charged a cancellation penalty equal to the first night accommodation. Please note that a 1.3% surcharge applies for any payments made by VISA, Mastercard, American Express or Diners Card.
